Meet Courtney Alker!
I’m Courtney, a licensed hairstylist with over 14 years of experience in the industry. Beyond the salon, my life has unfolded into a beautiful tapestry of motherhood and wellness advocacy. Becoming a mom to six amazing boys opened up a whole new world for me. It ignited a passion for health and wellness that I never knew existed. In addition to shaping hair, I found myself drawn to the sacred journey of birth support, training as a doula to assist other mothers through this incredible experience. You’ll often find me with a cup of coffee in hand, diving deep into conversations about health and wellness, or buried in books and research on the latest trends and discoveries. Writing has become my outlet, allowing me to reflect on the vibrant chaos of my life and share my experiences with others on my blog. I am passionate about education and empowerment. This step you’ve taken puts health back into your own hands, THE most important step.
